Do I pay anything on the website?
No. There is no card on this page. You pay $10 by KHQR to the verify agent when they arrive at your door.
Is the visit fee refundable?
The $10 KHQR visit fee is required at the door and is non-refundable once the agent completes the door inspection, including if the listing is later refused or delisted.
How does the agent contact me?
You choose WhatsApp or Telegram when you book. The agent uses that app to confirm the visit and to say they are 30–60 minutes away. They can still call the visit phone.
How long does the visit take?
About 10 to 15 minutes if you filled in the quick prep. The agent confirms your details, takes photos and sets the pin at your entrance.
When does my page go live?
Usually the same day as the visit, once the agent approves it. You can log in straight after booking, and the tools switch on after approval.
What if I am outside Kampot town?
Anywhere inside Kampot province is fine: Kep road, Bokor, Tek Chhou, the pepper farms. The pin must sit inside the province line.
Can I change my page later?
Yes. Your business dashboard has a toolkit for contact details, hours, photos, menus, badges, deals and events.
Do I need Plus or Featured?
No. Verified is a complete page. Plus ($5/month), Featured ($12.5/month) and Featured Max ($15/month) add analytics, deals and visibility, and you can cancel any time.
