Who can list?

Any business inside Kampot province: restaurants, cafés, stays, tours, pepper farms, services and more. Only places an agent has visited are listed.

How do I pay?

The $10 verification fee is paid by KHQR to the verify agent at the visit. Plus, Featured and Featured Max are chosen in your dashboard and confirmed by the guide. Your payment history is under Billing.

Is there a free trial?

Early businesses get a free first month (30 days) of Plus or Featured, so you can see the numbers before you decide. Ask the agent at the visit.

What can I do on Verified?

Your page is live with photos, hours, a map pin, contact buttons and your QR code, and you can read and reply to reviews. The inbox, deals, events and full analytics need a monthly plan.

How does the inbox work?

Visitors send a table, room or tour request from your page. It arrives in your dashboard inbox, and you answer on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or by phone with one tap.

Can I reply to reviews?

Yes, on every plan. You read all your reviews in your dashboard and your reply shows in public under the review.

What is Featured Max?

Featured Max is $15 a month and includes everything in Featured. When your business is relevant to what a visitor asks Ask Kampot, it can appear as a clearly labelled sponsored card with call, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons and your current offers, and your dashboard shows how often the card was seen and clicked. Sponsored cards are always labelled and do not guarantee a ranking, a recommendation or bookings.

What happens at the monthly visit?

On every monthly plan the agent visits every month with a printed report of your traffic from Kampot Guide and tips to improve, and collects the monthly payment.

What if I miss the payment?

If you were not there, the agent leaves a reminder. It has to be paid within 3 days of the due date, otherwise the plan ends and your page goes back to Verified. Nothing is deleted.

Can I change or cancel?

Plans are monthly. Move between Plus, Featured and Featured Max from your dashboard, or let a plan run out and your page stays live as Verified.
