Lok Yeay Mao is the oversized statue on the climb, well before the plateau resorts. OpenStreetMap marks the sitting statue and a separate parking area a short walk away. People pull over for the view back toward the coast when the cloud is high enough. It is not a temple with a clock, and it is not the same pin as the Black Palace ruins next along the road.
